What is vibe run co.?
We're a small running apparel brand built around one idea — every run has a feeling, and your gear should reflect it. Each drop is designed around a specific vibe: a mood, a scene, a moment on the run. Limited pieces, intentional design, made for runners who feel their runs deeply.

Orders & Products

How do I find my size?
Check our size guide on each product page — there is a chest/bust measurement chart for reference for tops. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit or stay true to size for a race-ready cut.

Can I reserve a piece before drop day?
Follow our Instagram and join our waitlist via email, you'll get early access 48 hours before each drop goes public.

How are my orders made?
All orders are currently made to order, it would take approximately 2 weeks to craft and deliver. We take our time in creation and quality control to make sure our products reach you in their best condition.

Can I customise my singlet?
Each drop has a fixed design that tells part of its story. Yet we are eager to hear your story, get in touch and we might be able to create something vibey together.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship locally within Hong Kong and internationally across Asia and worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

  • Hong Kong, Macau, China: 2–4 business days

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–18 business days

Tracking details are sent via email once your order is dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Hong Kong: 30 HKD flat rate, free on orders over HKD $600

  • International: calculated at checkout by destination zone

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery — items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Sale or final-sale items are non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at hello@viberun.co within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out immediately. Note that vibe run co. is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipment, claims shall be made directly to shipment carrier.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@viberun.co with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through the rest.

Care & Fabric

How do I care for my singlet?

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

  • Do not tumble dry — hang dry only

  • Do not iron directly on the graphic or print area

  • Store flat or folded — avoid prolonged hanging to preserve the fabric shape

What fabric are the singlets made from?
Our singlets use a lightweight technical polyester blend — breathable, moisture-wicking, and built for HK heat and humidity.
